How do we send your items and how long does it take?
Delivery Time (From Dispatch) 1. United Kingdom: Estimated 3 - 4 working days depend on location. 2. International: Estimated 7 - 14 working days depend on location.

What do we do about breakages or damaged items?
We sell giftware, so it is inevitable that the odd piece of merchandise can get broken in transit. If this happens please email us at momokoboutique@gmail.com

What methods of payment do you accept?
Currently we are only able to accept paypal as the payment method.

What if the item is not available after payment?
If the item/s you order is not available. I will email to inform you. You can request for a refund or change another item/s.

Yes, we do accept combined shipping. Please note that due to ecrater shipping system, the combined shipping on my website is expensive. For cheaper combined shipping rate, contact us with the products you are interested, your address and we will get back to you the cheaper combined shipping charges.

Sorry NO cancel of order after payment paid. You can only cancel your order when the items is not available . Do please consider carefully before placing your order. I'm sorry for the inconvenience!!

Are All items available in the store list?
Sorry not all of them are available at the point of your purchase. As there are to many products, it is sometime difficult for me to keep track of all the products. I'm really sorry for the inconvenience cause. Hope you understand. Thank you very much!!

General Returns Policy
If an order is required to be returned to us, please contact us at momokoboutique@gmail.com for a returns reference within 7 days you received your item/s. Please note that customers are responsible for the postal costs involved in returning an item. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. Momoko Boutique cannot refund any postage on returned items.
